Artist Statement: Golden Bean
The Golden Bean pastel bursts with vibrant color, capturing the warm orange hues of its fruit contrasted against saturated green leaves. This lively palette is set against an energetically activated background, creating a dynamic visual experience.
Through this work, I aimed to celebrate the natural vibrancy and beauty of bonsai, emphasizing the contrast between the structured elegance of the tree and the bold, expressive backdrop. The composition invites viewers to experience the harmony between nature’s rich colors and the energetic flow of the surrounding space.
